As part of the project, the employees of AITIA International Inc. participated in practical project management, practical project management, business communication training, effective team (indoor team building) and English language courses. The aim was to increase the efficiency of both the employees and the company, and to promote collaboration among the participants.


    Project management in practice:
    The aim of the program is that after completing the program, participants will be able to recognize the planning and implementation needs of project management processes and be able to handle process bottlenecks. They will gain practical knowledge covering all areas of project management, from leadership to control and communication. They will learn process improvement and collaboration improvement methods and their practical application that can improve the corporate efficiency of project management and the company's success.
    Business communication training:
    The aim of the training is for participants to identify their own and others' behavioral patterns, determine their behavioral strengths and areas for improvement; increase their effectiveness in cooperation and in communicating with others. By learning and understanding differences, participants will be able to appreciate and value the behavioral and communication habits of others. The aim of the training is also for participants to communicate with each other while knowing the individual styles, thereby increasing the effectiveness of communication interaction.
    Effective team – Indoor team building:
    The aim of the program is for participants to gain practical and theoretical knowledge about the nature, role and importance of teamwork in the workplace. The program focuses on developing skills that contribute to effective and productive teamwork, thereby contributing to long-term workplace success, increasing performance and developing cooperation skills.
    English language training:
    The aim of the program is to enable participants to meet the competences set out in the KER A1 (minimum level) in English.
